Test Process Engineer
General Purpose
Works on complex professional engineering assignments to implement, design and develop methods and processes in a specific competence area.
Main Responsibility Areas
Runs complex engineering tasks that may expand to more than one skill area. Identifies and solves non-standard engineering problems independently to develop/improve the manufacturing process or methods within own area of expertise. May lead small engineering projects.
Responsibilities
Evaluates Test requirements along with product team in the planning phase of new products. Supports on determining and implementing new technologies required for a given product. Leads Test activities during Pilot Builds and product capacity implementation. Understands in details the Test process for a given products and has in- depth knowledge of the product. Analyzes Statistical Data in order to evaluate capabilities of testing systems. Leads improvement activities with Process Technicians for a given product. Familiarity with ICT test (Agilent 3070) and motherboard functional test methods.

Industrial or Process Engineer
General Purpose
Works on complex professional engineering assignments to implement, design and develop methods and processes in a specific competence area.
Main Responsibility Areas
Runs complex engineering tasks that may expand to more than one skill area. Identifies and solves non-standard engineering problems independently to develop/improve the manufacturing process or methods within own area of expertise. May lead small engineering projects.
Responsibilities
Executes product capacity calculations per line. Defines number of operators per production line or cell. Executes time studies and line balancing. Supports operators training per product in pilot build and mass production starting. Improves processes efficiency and solves problem. Designs and modifies Jigs. Defines product process (Manufacturing Instructions, FLOW CHART) and material flow. Develops and manages production lines & factory layouts. Creates Business cases for new technology or process.

SMD Process Engineer
General Purpose
Works on complex professional engineering assignments to implement, design and develop methods and processes in a specific competence area.
Main Responsibility Areas
Runs complex engineering tasks that may expand to more than one skill area. Identifies and solves non-standard engineering problems independently to develop/improve the manufacturing process or methods within own area of expertise. May lead small engineering projects.
Responsibilities
Develops SMD programs (printing, placement, AOI, Solder Paste Inspection, reflow profile, etc.). Maintains SMD programs (product changes request implementation, trials, variants, etc.). Determines and requests necessary devices in order to maintain the SMD process up and running (stencils, support plates, special nozzles, etc.). Develops and maintains Through-hole process (assembly automation, wave soldering, etc.). Works together with Project Managers to introduce new products. Introduce new technologies. SMD metric owner for products. Analyzes data for Process & tooling improvements. Defines and maintains document (instructions, checklist, programs, etc.). Ensures bottleneck improvements. Supports for long-term improvements (stencil aperture change, metallography analyses, bases, etc.). Defines and maintain BGI rework process. Calculates product capacity per line.
